Support Groups are based on the idea that communication is important throughout the cancer journey. With professional guidance, patients and family members can discuss their anxieties and concerns with others who share the same experience. This sharing strengthens the family bond and enhances everyone's ability to cope with cancer.
Meeting Details:
The Family Support Group is held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Knapper Clinic at Geisinger Medical Center in the afternoon.
