Description:
Kids Konnected is a chapter of a national organization formed in 1993, dedicated to providing support for children who have a parent with cancer. It is designed to provide friendship, understanding, education, and support for kids of elementary through high school ages. The children meet together with a licensed counselor to share their feelings, ask and answer questions, and gain strength from each other.
Meeting Details:
This support group is held on the fourth Monday of each month from 7:00 to 8:00 PM at St. Joseph Medical Center in the Franciscan Room. Registation is required. Additional information and registration will be attained by calling 610-378-2602. Parents will meet in a separate area.
